clean beach soft sand slow service failing air conditioning
the beach was clean. the sand was soft. it met expectations.
i found the air conditioning in my room to fail at times. i woke up a few times sweating because of this problem. the service was a bit slow too.

balinese décor beautiful beach delicious food
the lobby impressed me with its spaciousness and balinese décor. the long beach was very beautiful and facilities there were excellent. i particularly enjoyed the delicious food at all the restaurants (the cocktails were a must-try!).
the check-in was a bit slow, taking up two hours due to a banking error. i felt the staff could have communicated the issue better.

The hotel features multiple large pools, offering ample space for swimming and relaxation. I noticed there were many beautiful pools available . access to a long, well kept beach provides additional recreational opportunities.

the java hut restaurant stood out for its fabulous offerings and traditional relaxing setting near the lobby. yunisa, the hostess, provided excellent service, crafting delicious drinks, ice cream, and tea in a traditional atmosphere.

wonderful retreat
great breakfast convenient location excellent service calm atmosphere
customer service was really good. proximity to the conference center proved very convenient. i thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast (especially the local fruits) and the beach access. the air conditioning in the room was effective, keeping me comfortable despite the humidity. staff was always available to provide assistance. i appreciated the attentive service and the calm atmosphere.
the gym equipment showed some signs of age.

check-in experience banking error
the BEACH was clean , offering a nice setting.
the CHECK-IN experience felt SUBSTANDARD , I was met by a salesperson trying to sell me something I didn't want. The front office held me up for two hours , because the reception could not believe there was a banking error in the area. I was charged for kids activities I learned later were included in the package , and breakfast at the waterfall restaurant was tasteless. No one responded to my messages via the provided Whatsapp number , and the room speed dials connected to the wrong departments.
